The process

We think this will be something!

Development

  • We built a curriculum for teaching students essential marketing and design skills so they can help a selected local business

  • We reached out to schools in SEA to confirm their interest in having their students apply to our course.

  • We contacted technology and digital tools providers and applied for them to sponsor the program.

Induction

  • We welcome the selected students and kick-off the bootcamp (online or offline)

  • Students will have to pick a local business that they would like to help and identify its needs

  • The curriculum will be flexible and will depend on what the local business actually needs (content creation, web, or digital marketing)

Engagement

  • The overall bootcamp experience is filmed to show the students' progress toward helping the local business

  • A final edit is released on Youtube in a episode-based format to engage the audience online

Amplification

  • After the first 4-6 bootcamps, we plan to implement an online platform that will allow us to launch multiple bootcamps simultaneously around SEA.

  • Freelancers and digital nomads who live in these areas will be able to lead the bootcamps and support the communities where they live
